I provide a highly effective combination session of yoga and massage: one hour of each.
The session consists of warm-up exercises and yoga postures that stretch and strengthen the body, combined with conscious breathing.
A blend of Thai, deep tissue, sports and holistic massage, the bodywork starts on the yoga mat and continues onto a comfortable, heated table.
Yoga Alliance and ITEC certified.

The studio is located near London Bridge and a short bus or taxi ride from Waterloo, Liverpool Street and Canary Wharf. Cyclists can park their bikes indoors.
