My life's work in massage and yoga, is a deep felt experience. I do feel a profound experience in giving a massage, there is a deep (impersonal) connection with the client, that happens in the ritual of dilivering the best massage in the moment.
I offer touch as a healing art to men that are most comfortable with another male practitioner. my work is based on mutual trust and respect. I have a natural gift of touch and for building rapport. I get a lot of men that want to fulfill a need for connection, and the desire to be touched by another man without judgement. I have the understanding and experience that allows you to feel this sense of deep healing. You are invited to relax and experience what I have to offer. My touch is deep to light, and remains effective and healing. I can work intuitively on problem areas, so you can have a completely relaxing massage experience.
Relaxing full body massage, $150 (90 minutes)
I start with shiatsu pressure on the back, followed by a massage with oil. I include a neck, abdominal and foot massage to work the energy points that restore balance. Foot reflexology, is a method of applying point pressure to the feet, stimulating the body's natural ability to heal itself, relieving stress from the body and mind. The intensity of my touch varies depending on your needs, but remains effective and healing.
Sports massage is focused, treating specific muscle groups for faster recovery after sports activities or injuries. (One hour) $100
Thai Yoga Bodywork, $140
Experience facilitated yoga, guided breathing and relaxation, acupressure, passive stretches, partner yoga. Thai massage is perfect introduction to yoga and meditation, and effective in improving flexibility, especially in hips and legs.
Private yoga class (does not involve massage) $70/hour or $40 as an add on to massage session.
